Sustainable
The State of Baja California Sur is the state with the highest water stress in the country. The design of the Lomboy building and the system used in its construction have as their main objective thermal and acoustic insulation, which in turn reduces energy consumption and making it more comfortable year-round.
Treatment plants
We own two water reclamation facilities. Our waste water from the entire building gets treated and is used for green space irrigation. Our second plant treats laundry waste water, which also gets reused 100% of the time.
The laundry equipment is highly efficient which reduces the consumption of water and electricity in addition the supplies are biodegradable and furnished by the Lomboy Suites.
Every toilet, shower and faucet on the premises is water saving.
All our suites are equipped with electric stoves and water heaters, and we use LED lighting throughout, which yield significant energy savings.
